Requirements for students who have completed secondary school education according to education programmes of foreign states or international organisations:
If you have acquired secondary school education outside Lithuania and/or completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, please contact the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (hereinafter referred to as the SKVC) for recognition of international education.

Requirements for students who have completed lower secondary (basic) school education according to education programmes of foreign states or international organisations:
If you have acquired lower secondary (basic) school education outside Lithuania, sign in to the LAMA BPO system and submit a completed and signed application along with your education documents, which will be sent by LAMA BPO staff to the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education.

Documents:
If you have a temporary/permanent residence permit in Lithuania or another EU country, you need to upload it in the system under IDENTIFICATION. You can also apply for vocational training if you do not have a residence permit in Lithuania. If that is the case, within 6 months of signing the contract, you shall present the residence permit to the vocational training institution.
